SVOI Analyst is an internal reporting tool operated by SVOI Team, a marketing agency based in Kyiv, Ukraine. This policy explains what the tool collects, where that data comes from, and who can see it.
Who uses this tool
The tool is used by SVOI Team staff to prepare reports for the beauty salons whose advertising we manage. It is not a public service: there is no self-service signup, no free tier, and no way for a third party to create an account.
Salon owners receive generated reports in a private Telegram group and can view a dashboard covering their own salon. They do not have access to advertising platform accounts through this software.
What data we process
- Advertising performance data — impressions, clicks, cost and conversions per campaign and ad group, retrieved from advertising platform APIs for the accounts we manage.
- Booking data — visit counts, new-client counts and revenue totals exported from the salon's scheduling system.
- Till and finance data — daily turnover, tips, expense categories and payroll figures, entered by salon staff.
- Client contact details — for salons that use the call-list feature, a phone number and first name are processed so salon staff can contact their own clients. These belong to the salon and are used only for that salon's own follow-up calls.
Google user data
Where the tool connects to Google APIs, it does so using OAuth credentials granted by a member of SVOI Team who already administers the relevant advertising account.
- Access is read-only reporting. The tool does not create, modify, pause or delete campaigns, budgets, bids, keywords or audiences.
- Retrieved data is stored as dated snapshots on a server operated by SVOI Team and used solely to generate the reports described above.
- Google user data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising, and not used to train machine-learning models.
- Access tokens are stored on our server with file-level restrictions and are never exposed to salon owners or any public interface.
Where data is stored
All collected data is held on a single server operated by SVOI Team, plus a Google Sheets workbook per salon that the salon owner also has access to. Dashboards are protected by authentication and served over HTTPS.
Retention
Reporting snapshots are kept for as long as we manage the salon's marketing, because year-on-year comparison is part of the service. When an engagement ends, the salon's data is deleted from our server on request, and access to the shared Sheets workbook is handed over to the owner.
Third parties
The tool sends messages through the Telegram Bot API and stores reporting figures in Google Sheets. It queries advertising platform APIs for performance data. Beyond those, no data is transmitted to any third party, and nothing is shared for advertising or resale.
Your choices
A salon we work with may request export or deletion of its data at any time by writing to the address below. Because the tool has no public user base, requests are handled directly by our team.
